![]() | We offer a free bereavement service which is available to anyone, regardless of location or belief. Our approach centres on providing evidence for continuity of life, but we also are a compassionate listening ear, a friend when you need it most and a confidential source of support.
We are based in the New Forest, UK, and are very active as ministers and bereavement specialists in the New Forest community. But we also offer what help we can to people throughout the UK and overseas. For New Forest and local people, we are able to provide private one-to-one counselling, chat and video nights, practical support with funeral arrangements and tasks such as collecting ashes from funeral directors or collecting belongings from hospital and registering deaths. For more distant people, we can arrange for them to come and stay in a B&B in the New Forest and spend time with us for talking, support and a reviving retreat in the beautiful New Forest (we don't yet have residential facilities for guests to stay in, but we hope to address this very soon by building the Bereavement Rescue Centre). We also offer bereavement support by telephone and email. Wherever you are and however you need help, please contact us and we will tailor a support plan to meet your needs as best we can. |
We would be very grateful if you would consider donating to the Bereavement Rescue Centre Appeal. We are now at a stage with the Bereavement Rescue Centre project where we must pay for various services relating to the Planning Permission process (Ecological Surveys, Architect drawings and Planning Application fees). We expect to have to raise at least £1200 in order to get through planning before we can apply for a grant to enable the building of the Centre.
